Pastoral visit to Hobart

From January 27 to 28, Fr. Andriy Mykytyuk was on a pastoral visit in Hobart, Tasmania. The local faithful had the opportunity to receive the Holy Sacraments and communicate with the priest.
Last weekend, January 27–28, Fr. Andriy Mykytyuk, Synkellos for Laity of the Eparchy of Saints Peter and Paul, visited with a pastoral visit the Mission of the Transfiguration of Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ in Hobart, Tasmania.
On Saturday morning, January 27, Fr. Andriy joined the rally in support of Ukraine, which the Ukrainian community in Hobart organises every Saturday near the Tasmanian Parliament House.
On Sunday, January 28, everyone gathered together for a joint prayer in the Chapel of the Holy Transfiguration, which is located in the Ukrainian Community Centre. During the Divine Liturgy, those present prayed together for the intentions of all parishioners and for peace in Ukraine.
At the end of the prayer, everyone had the opportunity to have a good time and chat over a delicious lunch.
