On August 13, 2025, the Most Reverend Bishop Peter Stasiuk, Eparch Emeritus of the Eparchy of Saints Peter and Paul of Melbourne, peacefully fell asleep in the Lord. With sorrow, yet with hope in the Resurrection, we share the details of the upcoming funeral services. All the faithful are invited to join in prayer and remembrance.

The Funeral Services for Most Rev Peter Stasiuk CSsR AM, Eparch Emeritus of the Eparchy of Saints Peter and Paul of Melbourne, will take place at the Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul, 35 Canning Street, North Melbourne, VIC 3051, as follows:

Interment will follow immediately after the Divine Liturgy in the Cathedral Crypt.

All the faithful are invited to attend.

May the Risen Lord grant him eternal rest, and may his memory be eternal!
