Eparchial Pilgrimage to Canberra, June 7–8

On June 7–8, 2025 AD, there will be the Ukrainian Catholic National Pilgrimage of the clergy and faithful of the Melbourne Eparchy to the Shrine of St. Volodymyr in Canberra. Everyone is cordially invited to join this exceptional event.

We sincerely invite all our clergy and the faithful to the Ukrainian Catholic National Pilgrimage to the Shrine of St. Volodymyr in Canberra under the slogan “Renewal in the Holy Spirit”

The Pilgrimage will take place on 7–8 June 2025.

The program includes: Liturgies, prayer, activities, workshops and a vatra. During The Pilgrimage there will be an opportunity for a spiritual conversation with a priest and the opportunity to go to Holy Mystery (Sacrament) of Confession.

Saturday 07.06.25

11:00 — Arrival/Registration
12:00 — Hierarchical Divine Liturgy
13:30 — Lunch (will be available for purchase)
14:30 — Workshops/Activities (for different age groups (5–12; 12–18; 18–40; 41–101)
16:30 — Rosary
17:30 — Great Vespers
18:30 — Dinner (will be available for purchase)
19:30 — TAIZE prayers
20:30 — Vatra
22:00 — End of the day

Sunday 08.06.25 — Pentecost

11:00 — Hierarchical Divine Liturgy, Blessing of the Water, Procession with the relicts
13:00 — Lunch (will be available for purchase)
15:00 — Official closing

*Each participant must take care of their own transportation to Canberra and overnight accommodation.
